About Traci

Hi! My name is Traci Sill and I started my tutoring business because I believe I can make a difference in the educational lives of students with language-based learning challenges. My mission is to motivate, challenge and support students with mild to moderate learning disabilities by customizing learning strategies based on each learner’s needs in an atmosphere of patience and compassion.

I began my teaching career 17 years ago at the Woodlynde School, a K-12 private school dedicated to serving children who learn differently. I have taught students in grades 3-5 and have tutored children and adults with various types of learning disabilities and other related disorders including: Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, ADD/ADHD, Auditory Processing Disorder, and difficulties with Executive Function. The positive impact and the ability to truly make a difference have led me to decide to leave the classroom and begin working with individuals one-on-one and/or in small groups. This will provide me the opportunity to focus my passion, energy, and expertise on one learner at a time.

I am a Pennsylvania-certified teacher and a certified Wilson Reading System Level I teacher.  I have earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cabrini University with Summa Cum Laude honors majoring in Elementary Education and Special Education.
